Shipping & Payment

HOW TO ORDER:

Once we received your order, a confirmation email will be send to you for your checking of availability. We regret to inform that incomplete info will NOT be process.All pricing are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).


a) IN-STOCK ITEMS
- We will sent out the orders once your payment is confirmed and received.
- It may take approximately 3-7 working days to arrive at your delivery address.

b) PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Some of our items are pre-ordered.
- Shipping will take approximately 1 - 2 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.
- We will keep you update on confirmation and placing of order.

PAYMENT
a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after confirmation emails are sent out.

b) Methods of payments include: ATM Transfer

- DBS/POSB/UOB/Citibank


* FOR ALL SHIPMENTS
We charge an additional $2.50 + $0.50(surcharge) (for local delivery) on top of normal postage for Priority Registered Mail.

$1 Shipping Flat Charge for local delivery on all products for Local Mail. However, if total purchase exceed $30, the $1 shipping fee will be auto waived off.

$5 Charge for Local Door-to-Door Courier Service.

Overseas Buyers, please refer to the Shipping fee stated in our email to you after checking out.Please double check and chose the correct options for the delivery shipping methods.

*NoteFor overseas customers you need to chose registered airmail for the shipping, and the system will auto calculate the correct shipping fee under your purchase ordered items.- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- Orders will only be mailed out AFTER payments have been received.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.
- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.
* Items shall be returned with full and original packaging. (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag)
* Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
